Interview

Based on the assessment results you will be scheduled an interview with the Bank

Offer Status

Provisional offer letter will be issued, once you clear the interview. Post offer, you need to pay the training fees of 20000/- plus tax

Training

Your training will start, and the total training duration is 15days

Joining the Company

Post successful completion of the training, you will join the Bank

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any specialization.

 

Job Experience
0-3 Years of relevant experience in sales.

  • Knowledge of the local geography and language will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

  • Maintaining and developing good relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for developing business, maximizing revenue generation & achieving sales targets.
  • Working in close coordination with the bank’s team to ensure all clients acquired from the assigned area, trade actively.
  • Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
  • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifying product improvements or new products by being updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
